If you are on the Solidarity ONE program, it is easier than ever to get your prescription costs shared into! You can show your card at any pharmacy that accepts the discount, and they will bill us directly on your behalf. The process is easy, just follow the steps below:
- In your Member Care Portal, click on "My Pharmacy" in the menu on the left side of the screen
- Click on "Search by Drug Name"
- Your address should populate, but if you need to change it (due to travel etc.) you can do so in the top right of the screen
- Use the Rx Search tool to find your prescription by name - this will bring up a list of participating pharmacy location near you
- Make sure that you look for the generic version! Brand name prescriptions are discounted through Drexi, but they are not eligible for sharing
- Pick the pharmacy that fits your need best, and have your doctor's office send the prescription to that pharmacy
- When picking up the prescription, provide the pharmacist with your Member ID Card and pay your co-share amount, and you're all set!
If you are unable to find your prescription by name using the webtool, please feel free call Drexi at 844-728-3479 and a Drexi representative will be able to assist you in finding your prescription at a location near you.
For any Members on the Legacy Premier program, you can still use the Rx Search tool in your Member Care Portal to find the best savings available on your medications, but you will need to pay for the medication out of pocket and then submit the pharmacy receipt for sharing to be reimbursed.
