I submitted my bill in the Member Snapshot. Why can’t I see it in my Member Care Portal?

Solidarity is continuing to work around the clock to load the backlog of Member submitted bills from the former ShareBox and Member Snapshot into the Member Care Portal. We anticipate any previously submitted bills will appear in your Member Care Portal over the next four (4) weeks. As we continue to upload new batches daily, please check your Member Care Portal often for updates to your “View Current Bills” section. 

You do not need to resubmit any missing bills at this time.

Once the backlog is cleared, Solidarity anticipates a member’s submitted bill will appear in their Member Care Portal in five (5) business days from date of submission.
