How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten or need to reset your password, go to the Member login screen and follow a few simple steps.

1. Click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page
2. Enter your email address
3. You will receive an email from "Solidarity HealthShare." Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it right away.
4. Follow the instructions laid out in the email. 
5. Go back to the Member Care Portal to log in using your new password.
