If you are a Solidarity HealthShare member and have lost your card or have not received yours yet, you can log into the Member Care Portal and print a temporary one.
Simply log in to the Member Care Portal, click on "Sharing" and then click the printer icon.
Please Note: Once you click on the printer icon, you can take a screenshot of it and save it as a photo that you can easily access going forward.
