Visiting the doctor or needing a medical procedure are regular occurrences in any person’s healthcare journey. To help you better understand how to use your Solidarity Membership in these situations, we created two different medical walk-through resources for you:
- A series of four videos highlighting common scenarios you may experience when using your card – acute illness (urgent care), visiting the emergency room, maternity care, and scheduled wellness visits.
- A set of printable, portable walk-through “guides” that coincide with the video scenarios. We encourage you to use these when scheduling visits or seeing your Provider.
