How do I create a Drexi user account?

Creating a Drexi user account will allow you to search for prescriptions, see pharmacy pricing easily, access your Drexi information, and print your temporary Drexi ID card. 

Creating a Drexi user account at Drexi.com is simple. Although any Member on your Solidarity Membership can create a Drexi user account, we suggest that the Primary Member on your Solidarity Membership create the initial account. Once the account is created, your Solidarity Membership will be linked, and all Members will be active on the Drexi account. 

Note: You can also access the prescription search in your Member Care Portal. 

Before you begin creating your Drexi account, please have the following Solidarity Membership Information ready:

• Your Solidarity Member ID Card
• The email address for the Primary Member
• Your phone number, zip code, and date of birth

Step 1:  Visit www.Drexi.com

Step 2:  Click on "Enroll Now"

Step 3:  Enter all the information to create your account

• Enter and confirm your email address, password, phone number, and zip code
• Select the "I have a membership card from my employer or primary subscriber."
• Click "Create Account"

Step 4:  Check your email for a verification email from Drexi ([e-mail])

• Once received, click on the "Click Here to Validate" link in the email
• The email will direct you back to Drexi's website

Step 5:  Login to Drexi

• Using the email address and password you set up in step 3, login to your Drexi account

Step 6:  Enter your Solidarity Membership Details

• Enter your Member ID number
• Enter the suffix for your specific Member ID
  • The double-digit number next to your name on your Solidarity Member ID card under the "Household Members" list.

• Enter your date of birth
• Enter your primary zip code
• Click "Link"

Step 7:  The account is now linked. Click on "Drug Search"

Step 8:  Access your Drexi Membership Details

• Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner
• Click on "Membership Details"

Step 9:  Print your temporary Drexi ID card

• Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner
• Click on "Print ID Card." Your ID card will automatically begin downloading.
